Shipping & Returns

Our shipping rates are well below standard UPS ground shipping rates. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Extra shipping charges may be applied & will be stated as part of the shipping total. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will be charged an additional $6.00-$10.00. This is a penalty charge which is charged to GREDENS Pet Supply and we are only passing it back to the responsible party. It is your responsibility to confirm that your information is complete and correct before submitting order.

ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for all products.
  • Generally, orders received by us (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received (for in-stock items) after 1 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day of receipt. 
  • All orders will be shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method (UPS Ground or Fed Ex.).
  • Standard Ground shipping takes 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
  • NO International Shipping. We only ship to 50 U.S. States & District of Columbia
  • No Overseas Military Mail ( APO/FPO/AA/AE/ AP) is accepted.
  • NO P.O. Box addresses accepted. Please provide the physical address which you can receive the package during day time.
  • GREDENS Pet Supply may insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rates.
  • Delivery signature is required for all any order where the shipping address is different than the billing address. Additional verification may be required before any order is shipped to an uncomfirmed address.


RETURN POLICY
Customers of GREDENS Pet Supply must obtain a return authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Jasper Mountain will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA#, email us at GREDENS Pet Supply.  Please indicate your order number and information as to why you need to return the product(s). You will be contacted with an RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If for any reason a shipment is lost, stolen, or in any form not delivered, GREDENS Pet Supply reserves the right to either:

  1. Replace that Item(s)
  2. Replace the Item with one of equal or lesser value and issue a refund on the balance - OR
  3. Offer a complete refund of the purchase price

If the item is reported delivered by the shipper, but the customer never received the item, then a shippers investigation and/or police report may be required before any refunds or replacement items can be issued.

Return Auth # Required
GREDENS Pet Supply will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees
Any non-defective merchandise returned to GREDENS Pet Supply for any reason other than a mis-shippment of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Product must be received by us in unopened and in original condition within 30 days of our shipping date or it cannot be accepted for return. All returns must include an RA#. You will need to write us for your required RA# before any return can be accepted.

Please Note: All Refunds will be in the form of a store credit or Store Business Check. No Refunds can be applied to Credit Cards. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.
